Ingredients
Chicken 400gmssalt 1 tsplemon juice 2 tspginger/garlic paste 1 tbscurd 5 tbsturmeric 1/4 tspKashmiri chilli powder 5 tspGaram Masala powder 1/2 tspjavitri powder 1/2 tspMethi 1/2 tspRed food color 1pinchCooking Oil 2 and 1/2 tbs
Instructions- Wash the chicken and dry it with a kitchen towel.
- Add all the ingredients and marinate for 2 hrs in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 180c on upper and lower rods.
- Bake the chicken for 35-40 minutes or until it is cooked well.
- Serve with rice or naan.
