Chicken Tikka


Ingredients

Chicken 400gms
salt 1 tsp
lemon juice 2 tsp
ginger/garlic paste 1 tbs
curd 5 tbs
turmeric 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 5 tsp
Garam Masala powder 1/2 tsp
javitri powder 1/2 tsp
Methi 1/2 tsp
Red food color  1pinch
Cooking Oil 2 and 1/2 tbs


Instructions
  • Wash the chicken and dry it with a kitchen towel.
  • Add all the ingredients and marinate for 2 hrs in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat oven to 180c on upper and lower rods.
  • Bake the chicken for 35-40 minutes or until it is cooked well.
  • Serve with rice or naan.
